Slightly yellow transparent gel, whose function is to cool, lubricate and protect tools and treated parts during bending, cutting, and stamping of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It contains lubricity and extreme pressure additives to extend useful life of the tool, being possible to weld pieces through this gel, without generating harmful fumes.
Recent advances in aqueous polymer technology have allowed this advanced material to be developed, with significant advantages over traditional solvent-based lubricants. If a final wash of machined parts is required, simply they can be washed with water.
